Terry Tateossian

Coach & Founder

48 Years Old

Terry is a serial entrepreneur, certified personal trainer & nutritionist, emotional eating coach, 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and certified women’s hormone specialist. She is a mom of 2 teenagers and 2 furbabies. In her late 30’s, she found herself burned out from the corporate rat race. She was overwhelmingly obese, weighing in at 210 lbs at 5’3″ tall. She suffered from peri-menopause, emotional eating, anxiety, depression, pre-diabetes, heart murmurs, alcohol abuse, nicotine addiction – all leading to two hospitalizations. That’s when she realized, if she didnt change her life, mindset and habits, her future would be uncertain. She began her fitness journey as a complete beginner at age 41 – never having picked up a dumbbell or barbell in her life. What she discovered is a profound passion and purpose in nutrition and the sport of weight-lifting. Terry is here to share that obsession with you. Kelly Erdel

Coach & Registered Nurse

Kelly is a registered nurse, certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She enjoys blending her passion for possibility with her encouraging nature to unlock the path through adversity for our clients. As a wife, mom to 3 young adults, and breast cancer survivor, Kelly understands the realities of prioritizing nutrition and fitness while navigating a loaded schedule with multiple obligations and family responsibilities. Having lived through many challenges, she understands the importance of facing emotional eating head-on and takes a vested interest in helping other women always find a way to win. Kelly will fan your flames through this entire journey while she supports you to take full agency over your own reality!

How is this different from every other diet I’ve tried?

This is not a diet. It is a complete lifestyle transformation program that incorporates aspects of fitness, mobility, proper nutrition, emotional well-being, mindset, biohacking, hormone health and habit development. The combination of these modalities result in reduced stress, less body fat, increased strength and mental resilience.

How often do we communicate?

We communicate in multiple ways

  • Daily via our training hub, WhatsApp and Text Message. 
  • Weekly on our 1:1 Video Calls
  • Weekly on our team calls
  • Monthly on our team calls

What type of equipment do I need?

You can start with various dumbbells and resistance bands and progress over time to barbells and other equipment.

Can I do the workouts from home?

Yes.

Do I need a gym membership?

If you prefer to work out at a gym, a membership is recommended but it is not necessary.

Do I have to meal prep?

Yes. All clients receive meal prepping & meal planning coaching and individualized macros per meal.

Do you do in-person coaching?

Yes, You can train with us in-person or at one of our immersive retreat experiences. You can see available dates here.

Do I have to stop drinking alcohol?

A reduction or elimination of alcohol is recommended. See article here.

How long do the workouts take?

Workouts are 4-5 times per week and last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

Do you provide a meal plan?

You do receive an example meal plan, to help you better understand macros. However, you have the freedom to create your own meals based on your personal preferences. We will help you plan and strategize on how to put everything together based on your macros.

What is the cost of the program?
