Robin is the mastermind behind all our delicious macro-friendly menu options and a creative who never stops improving each dish. Robin's dedication to crafting the BEST nutritional elements to fuel our bodies is the reason why we love her. She is the heart of THOR.

Laura Golden

Certified Yoga Teacher

An 800-hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Laura Golden has been sharing her passion for yoga with students worldwide since 2001. Her teaching journey spans diverse settings, from serene retreats to focused workshops and comprehensive teacher training courses. Areas of expertise include vinyasa (flow), yin, gentle, restorative, and standup paddleboard yoga. Laura infuses each class with breath awareness and meditation techniques. Students learn to cultivate presence, reduce stress, and find inner peace. Laura’s teaching style adapts seamlessly to diverse student backgrounds. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, everyone feels supported and encouraged. Laura fosters a focused yet serene atmosphere, allowing students to dive deeper into their practice. Her classes provide a sanctuary for growth and self-discovery.

Karen Ravensbergen

Herbalist & Yoga Teacher

Karen Ravensbergen brings a unique set of skills, experience and perspective to her role as our restorative yoga instructor and her classes are known for their uplifting and encouraging atmosphere. She focuses on Hatha and Restorative styles with great emphasis on conscious and mindful movement which helps build strength flexibility and mobility for greater ease and joy in movement. She is committed to offering classes which are challenging yet adaptive and accessible for individuals of all ages and abilities. She strives to help each student fully experience the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga practice. Karen is also a certified herbalist and aromatherapist with experience consulting, teaching and practicing in hospital and healthcare settings. She enjoys encouraging others in their use of holistic practices for optimum health and wellness.

Kim Ellis

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kim Ellis is a passionate and skilled massage therapist who believes in the transformative power of touch. With over 8 years of experience Kim has honed her expertise in a wide range of modalities including Swedish Thai hot stone massage relaxing facials and more. Kim will help you feel relaxed recharged and ready to take on the day.

Cassie Kirkland

Licensed Massage Therapist

Cassie Kirkland is a compassionate massage therapist whose mission is to help people feel better and live healthier and more balanced lives. Cassie's current practice involves Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and she is also a Reiki practitioner. Cassie will help you feel relaxed, recharged and ready to take on the day.
