Our commitment to health and safety
We are continuously monitoring and following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO, and local governments and health authorities in the states in which we operate. This includes daily monitoring of COVID-19 variants and their impact on travel in the Americas.

The House of Rose will provide revised guidance with respect to COVID-19 protocols as needed.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols
With the use of industry-leading, high-quality cleaning products, our retreat team members are able to provide a clean, safe stay that guests feel confident in. Each location has also been equipped with resources on how to handle suspected and confirmed cases of COVID-19 and lockdown procedures for quarantining purposes.
