There are many different types of yoga, from restorative classes with little movement to more demanding and requiring a good level of fitness. Yin and restorative yoga are examples of low-key, slow-paced styles which help relieve tension and stress and promote feelings of deep calm and relaxation.

Some of the more physically demanding styles include Ashtanga, Bikram, and Vinyasa yoga. There are also some unconventional styles like tantrum yoga where practitioners throw tantrums and goat yoga which involves yogis interacting with baby goats.
