For years, I operated in “go mode”—running companies, raising a family, and pushing through exhaustion. But eventually, chronic stress caught up with me. I experienced significant weight gain, early perimenopause symptoms, emotional eating, and a series of health scares that forced me to stop and take a hard look at the way I was living.
What followed wasn’t another diet or quick fix. It was a complete shift in how I approached my health, my mindset, and my relationship with myself.
